ES109 Speckled Stoneware Earthstone Clay is expertly crafted using our dry-batching method of production, ensuring consistent quality and performance. This superbly plastic clay body features an attractive speckle, adding visual interest to your ceramic creations. Made from a carefully selected mixture of ball clays with medium textured silica sand for added tooth, ES 109 delivers a reduction effect even when fired in an oxidising atmosphere.

ES109 Speckled Stoneware Earthstone Clay is perfect for a wide range of ceramic techniques, including throwing, hand-building, and more. Its high plasticity allows for easy shaping and intricate detailing, while the medium textured silica sand provides additional strength and texture.

1. Temperature Range: 1120°C-1280°C.
2. Shrinkage (w-f) 12% at 1200°C
