Mayco Washes Iron Wash

Iron wash fires to an opaque deep rust red with a smooth matte finish and very stable.

Works well for stencilling, stamping and silk screening.

1. Non-Toxic, Non-Hazardous, and Food Safe when used according to manufacturer’s directions
2. When used in combination, apply a transparent and stable glaze such as a celadon or clear glaze to ensure stability and maintaining details
3. Can be used with other glazes to promote interactions
4. Does not add much movement to combinations
5. Applying a clear glaze can lesson the appearance of staining
6. Add 1-2 coats, allowing to dry in between coats
7. Fire to cone 06-10
